MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 25 minutes of shooting time. Only service animals permitted.

PAYMENTS: Sessions are paid in full before the shoot to hold your place. Cash, check, Venmo or Zelle payments are accepted. Cash and checks made out to Contempo Kids Photo need to be delivered before your session date. Address will be provided.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (72 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Contempo Kids Photo / Malek Naz Freidouni Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall only display watermarked images when sharing on social media platforms.
